AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2680

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2680 on page 8, by

replacing lines 5 through 7 with the following:

"in the performance of their duties. Auxiliary police officers

5
policemen, when on duty, shall also be conservators of the 
6
peace and shall have the powers specified in Section 
7
