1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2374
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2374 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 28 and 29 with the following:
4 "the presence of the jury."; and

5 on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 8 the following:

6 "Section 97. Severability. The provisions of this Act are
7 severable under Section 1.31 of the Statute on Statutes.".
