AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1825

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1825 on page 33, by replacing lines 30 through 35 with the following: "commercial motor vehicle on the highways without:

(1) a CDL in the driver's possession;

(2) having obtained a CDL; or

(3) the proper class of CDL or endorsements for the specific vehicle group being operated or for the passengers or type of cargo being transported. unless the person has been issued, and is in the immediate possession of, a CDL bearing all applicable endorsements valid for type or classification of the commercial vehicle being driven."; and

on page 34, by deleting lines 1 and 2.
