1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 129
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 129 as follows:

3 on page 2, line 34, after "Performance of", by inserting
4 "automobile"; and

5 on page 3, line 1, after "contract", by inserting "is for an
6 automobile and"; and

7 on page 3, immediately below line 6, by inserting the
8 following:
9 "For the purposes of this Section, "service contract
10 holder" means only the purchaser of the service contract.".
