1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 122
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 122, on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 5 through 8 with the following:
4 "of Human Services is authorized to convey a permanent easement
5 on the following described land to the Village of Tinley Park
6 for construction of a public roadway and utilities including,
7 but not limited to, water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer:";
8 and

9 on page 3, line 14, by replacing "United" with "Village of
10 Tinley Park"; and

11 on page 3, by replacing line 15 with "for non-profit"; and

12 on page 4, line 29, by replacing "of real property" with "of
13 the permanent easement".
