1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 96
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 96 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing
5 Section 13-1200 as follows:

6     (220 ILCS 5/13-1200)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2005)
8     Sec. 13-1200. Repealer. This Article is repealed July 1,
9 2007~~2005~~.

11     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.".
