1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4948
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4948 on page 2, line
3 31 by replacing "local law enforcement agency" with
4 "controlling unit of local government"; and

5 on page 3, line 2, after the period, by inserting "No fine
6 shall be imposed under this subsection with respect to a law
7 enforcement agency that does not perform traffic stops.".
