1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4391
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4391 on page 3, line
3 25, by inserting after the period the following:
4 "A violation of subsection (a)(13) of this Section by a person
5 under 13 years of age at the time of the commission of the
6 offense is a petty offense. A second or subsequent violation of
7 subsection (a)(13) of this Section by a person under 13 years
8 of age at the time of the commission of the offense is a Class A
9 misdemeanor.".
