1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2900
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2900 on page 2, line
3 8, by replacing "or (vi)" with "(vi) aggravated participation
4 in methamphetamine manufacturing under subparagraph (F) of
5 paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of Section 15 of the
6 Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act, or
7 (vii)"; and

8 on page 2, line 31, by inserting after the comma the following:
9 "aggravated participation in methamphetamine manufacturing
10 under subparagraph (F) of paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of
11 Section 15 of the Methamphetamine Control and Community
12 Protection Act,"; and

13 on page 3, line 11, by replacing "or (vi)" with "(vi)
14 aggravated participation in methamphetamine manufacturing
15 under subparagraph (F) of paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of
16 Section 15 of the Methamphetamine Control and Community
17 Protection Act, or (vii)"; and

18 on page 4, line 1, by inserting after the comma the following:
19 "aggravated participation in methamphetamine manufacturing
20 under subparagraph (F) of paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of
21 Section 15 of the Methamphetamine Control and Community
22 Protection Act,"; and

1 on page 7, line 2, by inserting after the comma the following:
