1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2578
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2578 on page 13, by
3 replacing lines 9 through 11 with the following:
4 "with no copay to the committed person. A person committed to
5 the Department who has tested positive for infection with HIV
6 is entitled to medical care while incarcerated,"; and

7 on page 18, by replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following:
8 "AIDS, including information concerning how to contact the
9 Illinois Department of Public Health for counseling
