2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2347, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, line 10, by replacing "maintenance or" with
5 "maintenance, safety checks, or"; and

6 on page 2, by replacing lines 30 and 31 with the following:
7 "(11) the motor vehicle is a school bus.".
