1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 62
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 62 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 3 and 4, with the following:
4 "the Governor as follows:
5         (1) One member selected from recommendations provided
6     by an association representing counties;
7         (2) One member selected from recommendations provided
8     by an association representing municipalities;
9         (3) One member selected from recommendations provided
10     by an association representing townships;
11         (4) One member selected from recommendations provided
12     by an association representing park districts; and
13         (5) One member who serves as an elected officer of a
14     local governmental entity in Illinois other than a county,
15     municipality, township, or park district.".
