3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, line 23, page 2, line 23, and page 3, line 13, by
5 inserting after "force" wherever it appears the following:
6 ", unless the use of force involves willful or wanton
7 misconduct".
