1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1737
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1737, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 3, on page 4, line 2, by replacing "and 7-103.121" with
5 "7-103.121, and 7-103.122"; and

6 on page 15, below line 4, by inserting the following:

7     "(735 ILCS 5/7-103.122 new)
8     Sec. 7-103.122. Quick-take; Village of Skokie. Quick-take
9 proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for a period of 12
10 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the
11 93rd General Assembly by the Village of Skokie for the
12 acquisition of property for the purpose of open space and the
13 development of a park as follows:

14     8148 Lincoln Avenue
15     Index Numbers (PINS): 10-21-409-002-0000 and
16     10-21-409-003-0000

17     Lot 2 and the North 1/2 of Lot 3 in the Subdivision of Lot
18     28 in the Subdivision of the South 105 acres of the
19     Southeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 41 North, Range 13,
20     East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County,
21     Illinois.
