 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1047  on  page  2,
 3    line  17,  after "Fund", by inserting "(unless the Trust Fund
 4    moneys are used for child support)"; and

 5    on page 5, line 16, after "Fund", by inserting  "(unless  the
 6    Trust Fund moneys are used for child support)".
