 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 886

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 886 on page 10, by
 3    replacing lines 9 through 17 with the following:
 4        "If a county notifies or a county requires a developer to
 5    notify a public utility before or after issuing a  permit  or
 6    other  authorization  for  the  construction  of  residential
 7    buildings,  then  the  county or developer shall, at the same
 8    time,  similarly  notify  any  community  antenna  television
 9    system franchised by or within that county."; and

10    on page 20,  by  replacing  lines  13  through  21  with  the
11    following:
12        "If  a municipality notifies or a municipality requires a
13    developer to notify a public utility before or after  issuing
14    a  permit  or  other  authorization  for  the construction of
15    residential buildings, then  the  municipality  or  developer
16    shall,  at  the  same  time,  similarly  notify any community
17    antenna  television  system  franchised  by  or  within  that
18    municipality.".
