 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 723

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 723  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section  5.  Subject  to  the  conditions  set  forth in
 5    Section 910 of this Act, the Director of  the  Department  of
 6    Natural  Resources,  on  behalf  of the State of Illinois, is
 7    authorized to  execute  and  deliver  to  Princeville  Family
 8    Health  Center,  an  Illinois not for profit corporation, its
 9    successors and assigns, a quit claim deed  to  the  following
10    described real property, upon payment to said Department of a
11    sum  equal to fair market value, as determined by an Illinois
12    certified general real estate appraiser, to wit:
13        All of the Chicago,  Rock  Island  and  Pacific  Railroad
14        Company's abandoned right-of-way, on, over and across the
15        following  described  lands:  Lots  1  and  8 in Block 19
16        Original Town of Princeville, Illinois,  containing  0.10
17        acres, more or less, all situated in the County of Peoria
18        and the State of Illinois.

19        Section  10.  The  Director  of the Department of Natural
20    Resources shall obtain a certified copy of  the  portions  of
21    this Act containing the title, enacting clause, the effective
22    date, the appropriate Section or Sections containing the land

 1    descriptions  of  the property to be transferred or otherwise
 2    affected, and this Section within 60 days after its effective
 3    date and, upon receipt of payment required by the Section  or
 4    Sections,  if  any  payment  is  required,  shall  record the
 5    certified document in the Recorder's Office in the county  in
 6    which the land is located.".
