 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 640

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 640,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 1, line 6, by replacing "and  7-103.109"  with
 5    "7-103.109 and 7-103.110"; and

 6    on page 10, after line 10, by inserting the following:

 7        "(735 ILCS 5/7-103.110 new)
 8        Sec.  7-103.110.  Quick-take;  Urbana-Champaign  Sanitary
 9    District.   Quick-take proceedings under Section 7-103 may be
10    used for a period of 24 months after the  effective  date  of
11    this  amendatory  Act  of  the  93rd  General Assembly by the
12    Urbana-Champaign Sanitary District  for  the  acquisition  of
13    permanent   and   temporary  easements  for  the  purpose  of
14    implementing phase 2  of  the  Curtis  Road  -  Windsor  Road
15    sanitary  interceptor  sewer  project  and  constructing  and
16    operating the proposed sewers.".
