 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 406 as follows:
 3    on page  1,  by  replacing  lines  21  through  26  with  the
 4    following:
 5        "(c)  A   person   who   initially   consents  to  sexual
 6    penetration or sexual conduct is not deemed to have consented
 7    to any sexual penetration or sexual conduct that occurs after
 8    he or she withdraws consent during the course of that  sexual
 9    penetration or sexual conduct.".
