AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 81

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 81 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Circuit Courts Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

(705 ILCS 35/0.01) (from Ch. 37, par. 72.01)

Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Circuit Courts Act.
