1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives congratulate Lynn A. Fieldman of Essex on his
4 new position as International Representative of the
5 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in the
6 Construction Department based out of Washington, D.C.; and
7 WHEREAS, Mr. Fieldman is currently the Business Manager
8 for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers
9 (IBEW) Local 176 in Joliet; he is a trustee on NECA-IBEW
10 Local 176 Health and Welfare Fund, NECA-IBEW Local 176
11 Pension Fund, NECA-IBEW Pension Trust Fund, Decatur, and the
12 NECA-IBEW Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Fund; and
13 WHEREAS, Mr. Fieldman serves in various positions such
14 as: President of the Will-Grundy Counties Building and
15 Construction Trades; Chairman of Dollars Against Diabetes
16 (DAD's Day) since 1989; Executive Board Member of the Rainbow
17 Council Boy Scouts of America; Co-Chair of the Three Rivers
18 Construction Alliance, the IBEW Local 176-NECA
19 Labor/Management Cooperation Committee, and the Deer Run
20 Industrial Park Project in Elwood; he served as a Board
21 Member on the Upper Illinois River Valley Development
22 Authority, the Grundy County State's Attorney's Crime Victim
23 Progress Fund Board, the Will County Airport Coalition, and
24 the Will County Juvenile Justice Council; and served as
25 Committee member of the Will and Grundy Counties Hospice; and
26 WHEREAS, His is a member of Peace Lutheran Church in
27 Morris; and has also coached several different boys' and
28 girls' teams in his spare time; and
29 WHEREAS, Mr. Fieldman is supported in his personal life
30 by his wife, Cindy; and his children Shan, Scott, Stacey, and
31 Kaitlynn; therefore, be it

1 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
2 NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
3 we congratulate Lynn Fieldman on his new position as
4 International Representative of the International Brotherhood
5 of Electrical Workers and wish him well in all of his future
6 endeavors; and be it further
7 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
8 presented to Lynn A. Fieldman as an expression of our respect
9 and esteem.
