3 2, by replacing lines 25 through 28 with the following:

4 "Governor from manufacturing companies in the State; four
5 individuals appointed by the Governor from the Illinois AFL-CIO
6 Executive Board; and four individuals appointed by the Governor
7 from the Illinois Manufacturers' Association; and be it
8 further".
