2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5925, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 3, line 33 by replacing "Code." with the following:
5 "Code;
6 (5) coverage requirements for individual policies outlined
7 in Section 2007.70 of Title 50 of the Illinois Administrative
8 Code."; and

9 on page 4, line 14 by changing "sickness" to "health".
