2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5214 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 14 through 16 with the following:
4 "interest of the child. There shall be a rebuttable presumption
5 that an award of joint legal custody is in the best interest of
6 the child.~~There shall be no presumption in favor of or~~".
