1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4895
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4895 on page 22,
3 line 4, by replacing "; and" with "; ~~and~~"; and

4 on page 22, line 7, by replacing "child." with "child; and ~~.~~";
5 and

6 on page 22, after line 7, by inserting the following:

7     "(9) any pending criminal charge against any party to the
8 proceeding.
9     With regards to the factor set forth in item (9) of this
10 subsection (a), the court in its discretion may continue or
11 postpone a custody award until the criminal charge has been
12 adjudicated.".
