    AN ACT concerning soil conservation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    (505 ILCS 125/Act rep.)

    Section 5. The Soil Conservation Domestic Allotment Act is

repealed.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
8
becoming law.
