AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4723

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4723 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Children and Family Services Act is amended by changing Section 1.1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 505/1.1) (from Ch. 23, par. 5001.1)

Sec. 1.1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the Children and Family Services Act.
