1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4635
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4635, on page 9, by
3 replacing lines 7 through 33 with the following:
4 "Section 35. Borrowing money. To obtain the funds necessary
5 for financing the acquisition of land, the acquisition of
6 construction of any building, and for the operation of the
7 District set forth in this Act, the Commission may borrow money
8 from any public or private agency, department, corporation, or
9 person. The Commission shall have no authority to issue bonds.
10 The debts of the Commission shall not be the debts of the State
11 of Illinois.".
