1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4224
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4224 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following:
4 ""Employment Cost Index" means the average between (i) the
5 Employment Cost Index for total compensation for civilian
6 workers and (ii) the Employment Cost Index for total
7 compensation for state and local government workers, both of
8 which are published by the United States Department of Labor.".
