AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4022

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4022 on page 1, by

replacing line 22 with the following:

    "(c) Funds spent under this Section shall not supplant 
5
other funds appropriated from the General Revenue Fund for 
6
community-based developmental disability services.
7
