 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3635

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3635,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    by inserting the following after the end of Section 70:

 4        "Section  75.  Upon  the  payment of the sum of  $1.00 to
 5    the State of Illinois, and  subject  to  the  conditions  set
 6    forth  in  Section  900  of  this  Act,  the Secretary of the
 7    Department of  Transportation  is  authorized  to  convey  by
 8    quitclaim  deed  all  right, title and interest in and to the
 9    following described land in Lee County, Illinois, to the City
10    of Dixon.

11        Parcel No. 2XLE099

12        A parcel of land in the Southeast Quarter of Section  31,
13        Township  22  North, Range 9 East of the Fourth Principal
14        Meridian, Lee County, State  of  Illinois,  described  as
15        follows:

16        Commencing   at   the  southwest  corner  of  Lot  34  as
17        designated upon the Plat  of  Loveland  Place  Tracts,  a
18        subdivision  of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 31,
19        the Plat of said Subdivision is recorded  in  Book  C  at
20        Page  4  in  the  Recorder's Office of Lee County; thence
21        North 1 degree 20 minutes 14  seconds  West,  50.00  feet

 1        (Bearings  assumed  for description purposes only) on the
 2        west line of said Lot 34, to the easterly  right  of  way
 3        line of a public street designated Willett Avenue and the
 4        Point of Beginning.

 6        minutes 12 seconds East,  64.05  feet  on  said  easterly
 7        right  of way line; thence South 54 degrees 22 minutes 58
 8        seconds East, 31.95 feet on said easterly  right  of  way
 9        line; thence North 88 degrees 53 minutes 57 seconds West,
10        35.19 feet; thence South 82 degrees 05 minutes 13 seconds

27        Beginning,  containing  0.656  acre (28,594 square feet),
28        more or less.

29        Access to Willett Avenue from the abutting property shall
30    be by way of an entrance to be provided thereto in accordance
31    with the "Policy on Permits for  Access  Driveways  to  State
32    Highways".

33        Direct   access   to  Willett  Avenue  shall  not  be  so

 1    restricted easterly of  Chaining  Station  520+98.99  on  the
 2    Center Line of the eastbound lane of FA Route 561 (IL 2).

 3        The  property  may  only  be used for public purposes, or
 4    title shall revert without further  action  to  the  Illinois
 5    Department of Transportation.".
