 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3530

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3530  on  page  1,
 3    line  11,  by changing "$25,000 $5,000" to "$5,000 or $25,000
 4    in the case of the Commission  created  and  organized  under
 5    this  Act  in  and  for  a  municipality  with  over  500,000
 6    population"; and

 7    on  page  2,  by  replacing  lines  26  through  29  with the
 8    following:
 9    "herein provided for, shall be executed as provided by law in
10    duplicate, one copy of which shall be held by the Commission,
11    and filed in its records, and one  copy  of  which  shall  be
12    given to the contractor.".
