 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3102 on page  1  by
 3    replacing line 10 with the following:
 4    "IRAs, 401(K)s, or long-term care insurance, with"; and

 5    on page 3 by replacing line 21 with the following:
 6    "advised in writing of his right to independent"; and

 7    on  page  4  by  replacing  lines  11,  12,  and  13 with the
 8    following:
 9    "require  an  independent  attorney  review  of  a  financial
10    transaction if the consumer has been advised of his right  to
11    an  independent attorney review and he has chosen to waive it
12    in writing.".
