 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2486

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2486 as follows:

 3    on page 1, by replacing line 1 with "AN ACT  in  relation  to
 4    health."; and

 5    on page 1, by inserting between lines 6 and 7 the following:
 6        "(a)  The  purposes of this Act is to protect the freedom
 7    of families to make health  care  decisions  and  to  protect
 8    access to health care in Illinois."; and

 9    on page 1, line 7, by replacing "(a)" with "(b)"; and

10    on page 1, line 17, by replacing "(b)" with "(c)"; and

11    on page 1, line 23, by replacing "(c)" with "(d)"; and

12    on page 2, line 4, by replacing "(d)" with "(e)"; and

13    on page 2, line 11, by replacing "(e)" with "(f)".
