 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2470

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2470  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section   5.  The Health Maintenance Organization Act is
 5    amended by changing Section 6-1 as follows:

 6        (215 ILCS 125/6-1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1418.1)
 7        Sec. 6-1.  This Article shall be known and may  be  cited
 8    as  the  "Illinois  Health  Maintenance Organization Guaranty
 9    Association Law".
