 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2291

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2291 on page 1,  by
 3    replacing lines 13 through 21 with the following:
 4        "Disabled  veteran"  means a person who has served in the
 5    armed forces of the United States and whose disability is  of
 6    such  a  nature  that  the  federal government has authorized
 7    payment for purchase or  construction  of  specially  adapted
 8    housing  as  set  forth  in the United States Code, Title 38,
 9    Chapter 21, Section 2101.".
