 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2265

 2        AMENDMENT No.___. Amend House Bill 2265, AS AMENDED, with
 3    reference herein to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of  House
 4    Amendment  No.  1, on page 1 by replacing lines 16 through 21
 5    with the following:

 6    "such services. Within 30 business days after  executing  any
 7    such  agreement,  the telecommunications carrier shall submit
 8    to the Commission written  notice  of  a  list  of  any  such
 9    agreements  (which  list  may  be filed electronically).  The
10    notice shall identify the general"; and

11    on page 2, line 1,  by  changing  "description"  to  "general
12    description"; and

13    on page 2 by replacing line 5 with the following:
14    "within  10  business  days after a request for review of the
15    agreement is made  by  the  Commission  or  is  made  to  the
16    Commission by another telecommunications carrier."; and

17    on page 2 by replacing line 31 with the following:
18        "Any  agreement  or notice contract or memorandum entered
19    into or and".
