 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2229

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  2229  on  page  2,
 3    line 20, by replacing "subsection (f)," with "subsections (f)
 4    and (g),"; and

 5    on page 2, by replacing line 27 with the following:
 6    "any tail lamp of any vehicle.
 7        (g)  It  is a violation of this Section to leave in place
 8    any tinted covering, other than the  authorized  red,  white,
 9    yellow,  amber,  or clear covering, over any head lamp of any
10    vehicle  when  the  head  lamps  are  required   to   be   in
11    operation.".
