 3    replacing line 10 with the following:
 4    "or modifies group A&H"; and

 5    on page 2, line 26, by deleting "or individual"; and

 6    on  page  3,  line  25, by changing "purging);" to "purging);
 7    and"; and

 8    on page  3,  line  26,  by  changing  "nonpurging);  and"  to
 9    "nonpurging)."; and

10    on page 3 by deleting lines 27 and 28; and

11    on page 4, line 26, by changing "60 35" to "35"; and

12    on page 5 by replacing lines 17 and 18 with the following:
13        "(8)  This  subsection  (b) is inoperative after December
14    31, 2005.".
