 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 547

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  547,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of Senate
 4    Amendment No. 1, on page 1, by  replacing  line  5  with  the
 5    following:

 6    "changing Section 19-4 and adding Section 12-5.15 as follows:

 7        (720 ILCS 5/12-5.15 new)
 8        Sec. 12-5.15.  Aggravated criminal housing management.
 9        (a)  A  person commits the offense of aggravated criminal
10    housing management when he or  she  commits  the  offense  of
11    criminal housing management; and:
12             (1)  the  condition endangering the health or safety
13        of a person is determined to be a contributing factor  in
14        the death of that person; and
15             (2)  the person also conceals or attempts to conceal
16        the condition that endangered the health or safety of the
17        person  that is found to be a contributing factor in that
18        death.
19        (b)  Sentence.  Aggravated criminal housing management is
20    a Class 4 felony.".
