 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 528

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 528 on page  2,  by
 3    replacing line 32 with the following:
 4    "developer  donations or impact fees and only for the purpose
 5    of expenditures thereof, "public grounds for"; and

 6    on page 3 by replacing line 1 with the following:
 7    "necessitated and specifically and uniquely  attributable  to
 8    the development or subdivision in question."; and

 9    on page 4, by replacing line 10 with the following:
10    "developer  donations or impact fees and only for the purpose
11    of expenditures thereof, "public grounds for"; and

12    on page 4 by replacing line 13 with the following:
13    "necessitated and specifically and uniquely  attributable  to
14    the development or subdivision in question.; and

15    on  page 6, line 9, immediately after "fees" by inserting the
16    following:
17    "and specifically for expenditures thereof,"; and

18    on page 6, by replacing line 11 with the following:
19    "school buildings or other  infrastructure  necessitated  and
20    specifically and uniquely attributed to the".
