 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 310

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 310 on page 1, line
 3    17, by replacing "third party employers" with the following:
 4    "a third party employer if  the  Department  has  received  a
 5    complaint  indicating  that the third party employer may have
 6    contracted with a day and temporary labor service agency that
 7    is not registered under this Act"; and

 8    on page  2,  line  1,  by  inserting  after  "witnesses"  the
 9    following:
10    ";  however,  proprietary  lists of a day and temporary labor
11    service agency are not subject to subpoena"; and

12    on page 2, by replacing lines 7 and 8 with the following:
13    "day or temporary laborers with any day and  temporary  labor
14    service agency not registered under".
