 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 259 on page 1, line
 3    9 by inserting "(a)" before "Definitions"; and

 4    on page 1, line 10 by deleting "(a)"; and

 5    on page 1, line 29 by changing "5" to "4"; and

 6    on page 2, by inserting after line 8 the following:
 7        "(e)  A violation of this Section constitutes an unlawful
 8    practice within the meaning of this Act."; and

 9    on page 2, line 9 by changing "(e)" to "(f)".
