 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 146

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 146, AS AMENDED, in
 3    Section 75, Sec.  26,  subsection  (g),  paragraph  (13),  by
 4    replacing  the sentence that begins "An organization licensee
 5    shall" and the sentence that begins "For the calendar year in
 6    which" with the following:
 7    "For the calendar year in which an organization licensee that
 8    is eligible to receive a payment under  this  paragraph  (13)
 9    begins conducting electronic gaming pursuant to an electronic
10    gaming  license,  the amount of that payment shall be reduced
11    by a percentage equal to the percentage of the year remaining
12    after the organization licensee begins conducting  electronic
13    gaming   pursuant   to  its  electronic  gaming  license.  An
14    organization licensee shall no  longer  be  able  to  receive
15    payments under this paragraph (13) beginning on the January 1
16    first   occurring   after   the  licensee  begins  conducting
17    electronic gaming pursuant to an  electronic  gaming  license
18    issued under Section 7.4 of the Riverboat Gambling Act."; and

19    in  Section  75,  Sec.  34.2, subsection (b), in the sentence
20    that begins "Notwithstanding any provision of  this  Act"  by
21    replacing  "2  or  more  existing"  with "2 or more former or
22    existing"; and

23    in Section 75, Sec. 34.2, subsection  (b),  in  the  sentence

 1    that  begins  "Notwithstanding  any provision of this Act" by
 2    replacing "rights, benefits, and powers under this Act"  with
 3    "rights,  benefits,  powers, and obligations under this Act";
 4    and

 5    in Section 75, Sec. 34.2, subsection  (b),  in  the  sentence
 6    that  begins  "Such  multiple  rights"  by replacing "rights,
 7    benefits, and powers" with  "rights,  benefits,  powers,  and
 8    obligations"; and

 9    in  Section 75, Sec. 56, subsection (b), in the sentence that
10    begins "Of the moneys" by replacing "48%" with "42%"; and

11    in  Section  80,  Sec.  11,  in  the  sentence  that   begins
12    "Notwithstanding  any  provision"  by replacing "up to 15% of
13    its slot machines" with "a number of its slot  machines  that
14    is no greater than 15% of its total gaming positions".
