SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Karl G. Ambroz, M.D.; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Karl Ambroz was born on January 1, 1966 in Elgin; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Karl Ambroz graduated from Belvidere High School, the University of Illinois, and the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Karl Ambroz served as an emergency room doctor at Presence Resurrection Medical Center, where he was well-regarded by many residents and patients; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Karl Ambroz was the devoted husband of Clare Mitchell for 22 years; he was the incredible father of Ryan, Sean, and Logan; the wonderful son of Karl and Marylee; and the best friend and brother of Dr. Karla Ambroz; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Karl G. Ambroz, M.D.; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Dr. Karl Ambroz as an expression of our sympathy.
