SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

110 ILCS 74/1

Amends the Student Optional Disclosure of Private Mental Health Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Student Optional Disclosure of Private Mental Health Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Student Optional Disclosure of Private Mental Health Act.
