New Act

Creates the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget Implementation Act. Contains a short title only. Effective July 1, 2023.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT in relation to budget implementation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget Implementation Act.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2023.
