5 ILCS 80/1

Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(5 ILCS 80/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 1901)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the Regulatory Sunset Act.
