SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

815 ILCS 408/5 new
    Amends the Sale Price Ad Act. Provides that no provision of the Act shall limit the authority of State agencies to regulate transactions between manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.

1     AN ACT concerning business.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Sale Price Ad Act is amended by adding
5 Section 5 as follows:

6     (815 ILCS 408/5 new)
7     Sec. 5. Scope. No provision of this Act shall limit the
8 authority of State agencies to regulate transactions between
9 manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
