SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Angela E. Hutten of Waukegan, who passed away on August 6, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Angela Hutten was born in Rockford on December 1, 1938; and

WHEREAS, Angela Hutten spent her career in education; she taught for 33 years in the Waukegan School District and was involved with the Lake County Federation of Teachers and many parent-teacher organizations; and

WHEREAS, Angela Hutten was a member of St. Dismas Parish in Waukegan, the American Association of University Women, and Friends of the Waukegan Public Library; she was an avid reader and animal lover; and

WHEREAS, Angela Hutten was preceded in death by her husband, F. Joseph Hutten; and

WHEREAS, Angela Hutten is survived by her children, Mary Caroline (Bill) Berry, Edward Hutten, and Rosemary Hutten; her grandchildren, Catherine and Michael Berry; several nieces and nephews; and beloved brother and sisters-in-law; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Angela E. Hutten and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Angela Hutten as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
